Milestone is very fortunate to be home to our RCMP detachment. Residents feel safe in Milestone knowing our Police are close and visible. The Milestone RCMP detachment has 3 full time RCMP members and a part time support staff. The detachment is located on 245 Main Street . Members can be contacted by phone and leave a message at 306-436-6250 or for emergencies call 911.

Milestone is also very lucky to have an ambulance service in town that services the Town and surrounding areas. EMS can be reached at 306-436-4411 or call 911 for any emergencies.
